The Cleveland offers a personal and traditional service, with additional services not found in other funeral packages. A traditional funeral serves two key purposes: to honour the life and death of the individual and to bring family and friends together to say their final goodbyes.

To facilitate this, we provide unrestricted visits to our chapels of rest, with embalming included and the option to visit outside of office hours. You will have a selection of upgraded coffins, including the Southwell, Lincoln, or coloured coffins, with the option to add engraving (engraving is included for standard coffins, but coloured coffins will incur an additional fee for engraving).

On the day of the funeral, the hearse will meet you at your preferred location, allowing you to follow in your own vehicles. The date and time of the funeral service will be arranged to suit you. If desired, this package also offers the option to hold the funeral service in a church (subject to the addition of a church fee).
